Payment, Shipping and Returns
Merchandise at the Philosophy Talk Shop is printed or embroidered just for you after you place your order. Due to continued sheltering-in-place, our fulfillment house is experiencing longer than normal fulfillment and shipping times, which is consistent with the rest of the industry. They're doing the best that they can to print and ship your item(s) to you, while taking additional safety measures.

The Philosophy Talk Shop accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. In addition to the cost of the merchandise, the purchaser is responsible for shipping costs as well as any applicable sales taxes, including any duty and import taxes for items shipped outside of the United States.
It's very important to us that you get what you ordered as quickly as possible. Because your order is created especially for you, it can take 2-5 business days to fulfill before it's shipped (though the majority are sent within 3 days of ordering). Shipping times should be added on top of that.

We provide many shipping options, the cost of which are specified during the check-out process. Most items ship from California, and prices vary according to the destination location.
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
If you're unhappy with the product you've received, please let us know within 21 days. If the product is defective or damaged, we'll be happy to replace it for you free of charge.
If you're unsatisfied with the size or fit of the merchandise, first check that the size indicated on the garment matches the measurements listed on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let us know and we'll take care of it right away!
We really want you to love the merchandise you purchase on our site, but please realize that as a small operation featuring on-demand printing, we can not assume responsibility for correctly fabricated and right-sized merchandise that doesn't fit the way you'd like. Please pay attention to the sizing guide with measurements included on each product page, as those will guide you to select the appropriate size.
